- Ingredients:- 2 lbs chicken breast, sliced thin
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh herbs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
 
- Marinate:- Combine all ingredients, marinate overnight.
 
- Dry:- Smoke or dehydrate at 160°F (71°C) for 3–4 hours.
