- Ingredients:- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp Sriracha
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp melted butter
 
- Prep:- Toss wings with olive oil, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Preheat smoker to 250°F (121°C) with cherry or hickory chips.
 
- Smoke:- Arrange wings on smoker rack. Smoke for 1.5–2 hours, flipping halfway.
- Meanwhile, whisk honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, and melted butter.
 
- Sauce & Serve:- Toss smoked wings in honey Sriracha sauce.
- Return to smoker or grill for 10 minutes to set the glaze.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions or sesame seeds.
